Yay

I'm getting paid tomorrow. Also, after work I am going to go back to Axtell for the Family reunion and for Elishia's birthday. I was notified of the family reunion 3 days before it was going on. I'm not going to pretend that it doesn't bother me anymore. Look, I actually LIKE going to them. And mom, you have my number. Even if you cant get a hold of me, you can tell Jamie. I barely know when Easter is, let alone the Easter family reunion. I don't work on the weekends right now. Maybe after I get out on the floor for real, because we get $1.00 extra for weekends.

Only 4 more days until payday. Yay. It will be the first time I will pay my own rent.

Not much is happening here.. Last night I got off work 2 hours early and our trainer bought pizza for us. Only one more week until I get paid. That's going to go for mostly rent, so if I owe you money you will just have to hold hands with everyone else I owe money to right now and sing and dance and wait, lol. Actually, I only owe Denise, Mom, Jamie, and Lena money. I've never had to borrow as much money as I have these days, and it makes me happy to be able to pay it back. And, I will have money by the time Elishia's birthday gets here. Yay! Now if I can just find a ride back home for his party.

Well, I only have 2 more weeks until I get paid. That excites me a lot. Since I started on the Monday before the next payday, I had to wait 3 weeks, well, me and my coworkers in training. So far, I'm getting a pretty good schedule going, and I usually don't get tired at work. I get up at 12:30, hop in the shower and am out by 1, take any hamburger I had started thawing the night before and set it on the counter to thaw some more, play on the computer until 2, start making dinner, then play on the computer until 3:30 when my ride, Stacy gets here. After work, I throw any dirty clothes I have in the washer and by the time that load is dryed and I have eaten another meal, it's time for me to go to bed. And now that I have nothing to do today, I feel really bored. Having no one here, no one to talk to, and no place to go really helps the boredom grow.

One More Thing...

I got all my laundry finished tonight. I've been putting a load in the wash right when I get home and do as much laundry as I can since I don't have any competition for the washer at 1:00AM. I got through 5 loads in 2 days, which I think is great. I haven't been doing too many dishes, so they are piling up, but I did them for about 15 minutes today, which was until the dish drainer was full. I will do more tomorrow night since it will be a few days until I have a full load of laundry. I am getting to bed now, before 4:30. I want to get a kind of set time to go to bed every night, that way I can have a set time to get up too. At this point, it's going to be 12:00 or 12:30PM.

Oh yeah.

I think this is good news. Cindy may have a heart attack when she reads this, but... A coworker of mine, Summer, got Chinese food for lunch tonight, and she offered me a taste of her Emperor's Chicken. I was going to say no, but what was the worst that could happen? I tried it, and OMG it was so good. It was kind of like a kind of chicken that I tried a few weeks ago. Needless to say, I got the name of the chicken and the restaurant that way I can order food from there sometime. So, Cindy, if the Chinese restaurant you and Danielle go to has Emperor's Chicken, I'll go have dinner with you sometime, lol. And maybe I'll try some other things too.

Second day of work.

Today was pretty good. I actually remembered my lunch, although I neglected to put it in the fridge when I got to work, so if I keel over tonight, it was the lukewarm turkey sandwich. I asked a girl from work if I could carpool with her. I offered to help with gas after our first paycheck, and she said it was fine. She doesn't live too far away from me, so it's not a long way out of her way. We played a review game today outside. It was pretty fun, and it was cold.

First day

My first day of work was very... interesting. Right now I'm in training, so I'm not taking any customers calls. We are going through the usual stuff right now like who we report to if we have a problem, where all our bosses are located, where everything else is located, sexual harassment, and most importantly, ninjas. Yes, we saw a presentation telling us how to act around ninjas. Never look them in the eye, they may take that as a challenge; never insult them, because there may be a ninja right behind you; there could be sword fights at any time, so make sure you have a katana at all times... It was hilarious. I wasn't expecting anything like it. Our trainer, Amos, is a hilarious guy. I forgot my lunch, so yeah, that pissed me off. I had a whopping 55 cents in my purse, so I ate a small bag of Cheeto's. Not going to forget it today. I actually wasn't that hungry until I got home and realized: wow I have access to food. I'd better eat. I work from 4pm until 1am. It really works for me because then i can stay up until about 5pm and get up at 12pm, and I have a few hours before work to eat and shower and relax.

Hmm

So, I start my job tomorrow and it is 3:56AM as I start blogging. Bad idea, right? Not so much considering I go into work at 4:00PM and get off work at 1:00AM. You know that is the best time for me to work, because I'm a afternoon-evening-night person. This way I can get up around the same time I normally do, and I won't have to rush around to get ready, like I would if I had to go to work early. Actually I'm pretty nervous. I just got finished watching 3 discs of the 7th season of Charmed with Lena, one of my new roommates. She lives upstairs with Garret, Jerry, and Alex. Jamie and I live downstairs. I'm actually loving it. Anyways back to Charmed. We made brownies around 6:30pm (we started Charmed around 5 or 5:30). We just got finished not too long ago. I would be in bed, but I made a mistake and left my laundry in the washer for an hour and a half without turning the washer on... but, after we made the brownies, we said screw getting up and down for brownies. We got some forks and started eating brownies out of the pan. After a little while, the boys told Lena that we were welcome to eat chili with them. We brought the brownies up there, and after eating our chili and watching a few episodes, went back upstairs to take our dishes up. They had the brownies on the coffee table in front of them. Looked like they had the same idea as I did, lol. Enough of my random babbling. I am going to do some net surfing until my clothes are dry. Only 3 more loads to do tomorrow before work. I would have had a few more done than 2 tonight had I remembered to turn the washer on..

I know it's a little late, but I had a great Valentine's Day. Eric barely even acknowledged it, let alone get me anything. Nick told me that something was going to be at my apartment on Wednesday. On Tuesday there was a big box on my doorstep. He had shipped it overnight to surprise me. There was a big basket with a big plush fake rose in it. Also there were Kiss Kiss bears. The wings on the boy flutter when they kiss. There was also a coupon book, and a little tin with a kiss coupon. There was fruit roll-ups and gummy hearts and a whole bag of one of my favorite candies.. Hersheys Hugs..mmm. Dove chocolate hearts and Dark chocolate M&M's... I cried.

Last week, he came up to Manhattan to visit for a week. I hope he had fun, but i redeemed two of the coupons already, lol. "Go to a lingerie shop and pick out the sexiest lingerie together" and the "20 minute foot massage" the foot one kinda grossed me out... people touching my feet, but it felt good.
