It has finally happened!
I have a username for the computers here finally. Waneta was really nice when she logged into the guest account for me the other day, but it's just nice to have freedom. There are still few people here because of break, but I am going outside of my apartment a little more every day. I walked up to the administration building to buy some school supplies. It felt so weird that mom wasn't with me.
I got you a pen mom, for your pen collection. Only problem is, I'm trying to save money, so you will probably get it when all the ink is gone. Oh well, you have millions of pens to use at home, including the one you "stole" from AIB when you were here. LOL. I was joking around with someone, and I asked mom if I could use the pen she "stole" from the Admissions office when we first arrived. Mom looked shocked, but I was only joking. They were giving the pens away for free. Mom also has a bracelet like the "Support Our Troops" bracelets, only it says "Get Real" and AIB on it.
I bought one notebook, two pens, two floppy discs, and a magnetic address book for now. The people at the Bookstore told me that that would be enough until I knew exactly what I needed. I also hiked up to the Library, which had Career....something. It has to do with Work Study. I applied to be a Diner Clerk, and after the guy finds out whether I am eligible to do work study or not, he will either submit my application or not.
Again, I have pictures, but I will not be able to put them on the site until Eric gets here. Everybody seems really nice, especially the people at the Fenton Front Desk, probably because I've been there about 10 times already. Some Maintenence guys came by to look at the wet spot by my air conditioner, but alas, the spot had vanished. It was a little embarrassing.
I have recieved a lot of calls since I got here. I got several from Denise and my roommate Tosha, two from James, who is a friend of mine, and one call from mom, Mike, and Jessica, one of my old classmates. I have a lot of postcards I'm sending out, and I think one or two people will be surprised if they get one...If the secret has been leaked, then they won't but oh well.
I will have to say that of all the conversations I've had over the past week, I have enjoyed mom's and Denise's the most. But that is only because of Victoria and Elishia. I overheard Victoria at Mom's saying "Grandma, can I go in and play Michelle's Playstation?" I'm not even gone a week and the little shit is trying to steal my stuff, lol. She doesn't understand that if I'm not there, The playstation isn't there either.
And then there is Elishia. Wow. I told him that I am very very far away so I won't be able to see him for a while. I told him this over the phone. He promptly went to his mother and asked her where I was. She told him that I am at a school that is very far away. Well, he told her that he wanted to come live with me at my school. He got on the phone and I told him that he would have to have a lot of money to come to the school that I'm at. Poor little guy...I didn't know that he liked me so damn much. He started running around the room. Denise asked him what he was doing, and he told her that he was getting money, so that he could come live with me at my school... He brought her 8 cents. I almost started crying. Then he spent an hour trying to tell me about the monster in the closet...Denise had to translate every stinkin word lol.
I have been wandering around campus taking pictures of a few things. I have about 34 pictures/movies that I'm going to send thru email, post on here, or put on a CD and mail to people. Well, I hope that long blog has made up for the several days I lost in the past week or two. I still have a little rearranging to do, and I hope my roommate calls again, because I was going to have the top bunk....but I can't even get up there by climbing on the ends of the beds...Oh well. Talk to everyone later!

I'm glad to hear that you are settling in. I'm going shopping later today for that extension thing a jiggy. I will send it this weekend. I've missed your posts but I was patient...considering the situation. I won't be blogging as much for a little while...I have a couple of decisions to make about my blog.

Nett what?!?!?!?! I am so sad. I will miss your blog terribly, I mean I will go through withdrawal and everything, I may even have to be committed. YOU can't do that to me.

I mailed you a package today....it should be there in 4 or 5 days....ofcourse, that is what they say...but it could be less. I have noticed that if I send things parcel post...it often arrives before the priority mail....hmmmmm. Oh, and I decided I can't stop blogging. I was out of my mind for a minute or two and them I said to my self, "#*%& it!" If they don't like what I write...they can bite me and stop reading my pages. I never invited them anyway. Right? Right!

Cindy, you would have been fine...you just would have thrown yourself in to doing your laundry to keep you occupied. That is all.
